Melgar as one of the barangay in Basilisa, Dinagat Island aimed to be updated and competitive enough in terms of economic, physical and technological advancements. To attained this goal one of it's project is to publish a site in which all of it's activities and updates will be put on air through the internet. I assumed that through this site, investors and travelers who want to invest and to settle down in our place would have an ease in gathering and getting all the necessary information our barangay has.
But before anything else, lets start with it's origin.
